Craft expert Victoria Crayne provides this idea for recycling old eyeglasses: Use a jewelry glue to turn old eyeglass lenses into broaches and pins. Simply dip the eyeglass frames in hot water to pop out the lenses, then use jewelry glue to adhere pin backs, beads and other jewelry to the plastic lens surface.
