Materials:

rubber stamps
iron-on transfer sheets for ink-jet printer

water-based markers
cotton fabric or white T-shirt - cotton or cotton-poly blend

iron

Steps:

  1. Rubber stamp the image onto transfer sheet using black dye-based ink.
  2. Color in stamped image using water-based markers.
  3. Cut 1/4" from the edge of the stamped and colored image, leaving a little "tab" near the bottom of the image.
  4. Place fabric or T-shirt on a pillow case on a flat surface. Set a dry iron on highest setting. Place the cut-out image on the fabric or T-shirt, image side down. Fold the "tab" back onto the image.
  5. Iron over the back of the image, counting slowly to 10. Immediately lift off the image pulling up the "tab."
Tips: For best results stamps, color, cut and iron the image as soon as possible.
