Steps:

1. Using the ruler and pencil, measure and draw a 4-1/4" x 2-1/2" rectangle on colored card stock. Cut out the rectangle using a craft knife, scissors or paper trimmer.

2. To create the angles on the tag, draw corners with a triangle ruler and trim off (figure A).

3. Using the half-inch circle punch, punch a circle in coordinating color cardstock and adhere to top of tag. Using the 1/4-inch hole punch, punch into center of colored circle to give a reinforcement look (figure B).

4. Tie ribbon though hole. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for the number of tags you want on your page (figure C). Create smaller tags for capital letters in your title.

5. Mat photos and journaling blocks onto assorted tags (figure D). Mount on background page and journal.
