One of the best tools to have around the house is tape, and there are a wide variety of tapes out to choose from. Anti-slip tape (figure A) has a gritty surface on one side and super-strong adhesive on the other. Double-sided carpet tape (figure B) is useful for attaching carpeting to a floor. And of course there’s good old strong duct tape (figure C). Always keep some tape around the house because you never know when you will need it.
