Florida Duplex
This case takes us to the Atlantic coast of Florida near Jacksonville. It’s the ideal spot near the beach for a second home. But money is tight for this family of four and they’re having second thoughts. So they’ve called in house detective Wally Conway to make sure there are no surprises with a 1986 duplex they're considering in Fernandina Beach. Conway, a veteran of some 3,000 inspections, helps out hopeful buyers Ann and Jim Manken.

The couple in our next case is devoted to their two daughters and as any parent knows, that devotion costs time and money. During the years they've spent plenty of quality time with their kids but maybe not enough time on home repair and maintenance. Now the couple’s daughters are in college and doing great but the house is another story. The property is a 1986 Southern traditional in Oak Ridge, N.C.
