Berman leaves the red paint on the door, which is a sign of prosperity, according to feng shui. Building on the home's craftsman-style motifs, he adds bay windows with craftsman accents. Finally, he repaints the home a bright yellow, turning this house into a vision of feng shui perfection and providing a healthy dose of curb appeal.
